The H-FIBER HW45 Chemical Absorbent Pillow is suitable for absorbing and collecting large quantities of acids, bases, corrosives, chemicals and unknown liquids - even those with high concentrations. such as 98% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide. The product can clean up large spills or continuous leaks of liquids to minimize damage when chemical spills take place.

The product has the ability to absorb 25-30 times its own weight. The pillow does not fray, does not release the solution even after it is soaked with chemicals.

User Manual

Step 1: Wear protective gloves (or protective clothing) to avoid direct contact with hazardous chemicals.

Step 2: Gently place the chemical impregnated pillow on the spilled, stained surface so that the product has the largest contact area.

Step 3: Wait 3-5 minutes for the pillow to slowly absorb the chemical, change the pillow face and wait for the same time. The product will change color darker when the solution has been absorbed. When the product is soaked with chemicals (total darkening) it will saturate.

Step 4: Squeeze and recover the amount of chemical that has just absorbed into the container for reuse (if required). The product can be reused immediately after the chemical has been squeezed dry to further absorb other spilled areas.

Step 5: After handling the incident area, quickly put the saturated chemical impregnated pillow in a dedicated trash bin or hazardous waste storage place, away from heat/fire, away from the water tank area, and do not discharge directly into the environment.

Note: Store the product in a dry place, avoid letting it get wet
